LemonLady Cleaning will provide you with an emergency phone number so that we can help you with any emergencies that may arise 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Since cleaning normally takes place outside of regular business hours, this is a regular service that we provide to all clients, large or small.
We do recommend having the same cleaner for each property, as it allows for continuity as well as familiarity.
All members of staff including supervisors and managers are continuously trained to maintain the standards our customers have come to expect All Health and Safety issues and company policies are covered in their initial induction.
We hire quality, not to mention qualified individuals that will fit in seamlessly with our team as we know how important it is for all of us to feel safe.
Commercial customers are invoiced each calendar month and are given a standard 30 days from invoice date payment term. We do accept payment in interact debit transfer as well. While residential customers have to make a payment no later than one day after services is provided.
We supply all the labour, equipment and materials required to carry out the task within the agreed price.
All jobs are priced based on the cleaning requirement, whether it is daily residential clean, office cleaning, commercial facility cleaning services or a one off heavy duty clean. Variations such as equipment and materials used are also taken into account when calculating the final cost, Keep in mind we can tailor a package to suit you.
Due to our vast knowledge of residential and commercial cleaning we are here to make the transition as smooth as possible as we always out pro-form your cleaning predecessor.
